Using the website
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked during checkout. The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who can do so.
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security measures, submit fraudulent orders, or use someone else's account or payment method without permission.
Product descriptions and availability
Each product page describes the item and the available options. Review the selected size, color, quantity, materials, care details, and any preparation time before ordering. Product prices or preparation schedules may differ by option.
Screens and lighting can affect perceived color. Handmade pieces can have small variations in texture or finish; this does not excuse an item being defective or materially different from its description. Ask us before purchase if a particular measurement or feature is important to you.
Placing an item in a bag does not permanently reserve it. Availability is checked again during checkout. A ready-made item and a made-to-order slot are different forms of availability, as described on the listing.
Prices, discounts, and taxes
Prices and charges on this website are in USD. The order review shows the merchandise amount, valid discount, shipping, tax, and final total before you proceed to payment. Discount codes are subject to their stated dates, minimums, and usage limits and cannot be applied retrospectively unless we agree.
If we discover a material pricing, description, or availability error, we will explain it and ask for your agreement to any changed order, or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled purchase. We will not increase the amount charged for your order without your agreement.
Payment and order confirmation
We use Stripe Checkout to process one-time payments. The payment methods available for a particular order are those offered on the payment screen. Gamzely does not receive your full card number or security code.
Completing the payment process does not guarantee that a declined or pending payment has settled. Your order page and confirmation reflect the verified payment status. Contact us if the status remains unclear before placing a duplicate order.
If we cannot fulfil an order, or need to cancel a fraudulent or otherwise invalid transaction, we will notify you and return money paid for unfulfilled items as applicable. This does not remove your rights where a payment or product has a problem.
Preparation, dispatch, and delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery policy sets out the current destinations, charges, preparation schedules, and delay process. Ready-made items normally dispatch within 1 business day after confirmed payment, unless a different schedule was disclosed before purchase. Made-to-order items follow the preparation time shown for the chosen option. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If we cannot ship within the applicable stated period, we will explain the delay and provide the required opportunity to agree to revised timing or cancel for a refund. We do not use carrier uncertainty to waive your rights regarding non-delivery or our own shipping obligations.
Check your address before payment and contact us immediately about corrections. We will explain the available options if a parcel has already left or is returned to us; we will not impose an undisclosed extra charge without discussing it with you.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Our Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of these purchase terms. It provides a 30-day return-request window for eligible unused items, including standard-size made-to-order products, and explains postage responsibilities and refund timing.
Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility and the original delivery charge is non-refundable. Gamzely covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, with the appropriate remedy described in that policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. No wording in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Custom requests and social-media orders
For a custom request, we will agree the description, options, full price, preparation schedule, and any specific conditions before payment. An enquiry or message alone is not a confirmed order. Personal quote links collect the full amount displayed; they are not described as deposits unless we expressly agree a different arrangement before purchase.
Social-media posts may link to the website, but current website details and checkout determine the order you place here. We will not ask you to send card numbers, account passwords, or verification codes in a direct message. A purchase completed through another platform's own checkout may also carry that platform's rules.
Accounts, secure links, and reviews
Keep your sign-in details and private order or bag-continuation links secure. Let us know promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Google and Apple sign-in are optional and subject to those providers' own terms.
Reviews should reflect an honest experience with the purchased item. Do not include someone else's personal information, abusive content, or false claims. We moderate submissions for relevance, authenticity, and inappropriate content; a negative opinion alone is not a reason to suppress a genuine review.
Website content and service interruptions
Website text, branding, and product images may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may browse and share links for personal purposes, but must obtain permission before commercially reproducing protected material, except where the law permits otherwise.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but maintenance and technical interruptions can occur. Contact us if an interruption affects an order or payment. We do not exclude responsibility or consumer remedies that the law requires us to provide.
Applicable law, updates, and getting help
These terms are governed by applicable Ohio and US federal law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to give up a legal remedy you otherwise have.
We may update the terms for future use and purchases. The effective date appears above. Changes do not retroactively remove the terms or consumer rights that applied to an earlier order unless the law permits and any required agreement is obtained.
